Are you ready to tackle your parenting questions once and for all?
My name is Sarah, and I’m a board-certified Pediatrician of mixed Dominican and Pakistani heritage. My goal is to empower parents in taking care of their children, whether sick or well, through easy-to-understand and accessible tips and tricks.
I know how overwhelming it can feel to sift through all of the parenting information out there, and I recognize how much of it seems rigid, judgmental, and conflicting. My hope is to make the parenting journey easier on you through a gentle approach, with tons of guides and handouts available for free on this website!

I help new and experienced parents feel confident in taking care of and advocating for their children.

What You’ll Find Here
01
Free Resources on the Blog
Whether it’s supportive care for winter viruses, eczema prevention, or constipation treatment, you’ll find guidance about how to approach the most common illnesses in children.
02
Free Newborn Handbook
Though having a baby should come with an instruction manual, it doesn’t! This is a great resource to help with those common newborn questions, from jaundice to breast/chest-feeding.
03
Free Downloads
I’ve created downloadable handouts for you to utilize at home or take to the doctor’s office, such as baby-led weaning meal ideas, headache diary templates, and new asthma diagnosis guides.
My Approach
Evidence-Based: All information on this website aims to be supported by research and align with current guidelines and recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Nonjudgmental: It’s hard enough being a parent without additional commentary on your decisions. I recognize that there’s not a one-size-fits-all approach and that there’s a spectrum of parenting styles.
Inclusive: I strive to recognize cultural influences in caregiving decisions, differing family structures, and variations in presentations for patients of color.
